1. Equipment sealing: The bag filter is assembled from the box and ash hopper on the clean air chamber. The connection between the inspection door and the upper box and the bucket is connected by screws, such as when installing the connection. If the seal or seal is not up to standard, it will cause dust to leak.

2. Filtering wind speed: The filter material of the bag filter is generally divided into normal temperature and high temperature. The normal temperature wind speed is controlled within 1.0-2.0, and the high temperature wind speed should be controlled between 0.8-1. If the wind speed is too high, dust will be caused. The surface of the filter bag has too strong adhesion, and the dust quickly adheres to the surface of the bag after the pulse is ejected, so that the resistance of the dust removing device increases and dust leakage occurs.

3. Filter bag selection: The dust filter bag is an important component of the dust bag removal equipment. It plays an irreplaceable role in the filtration process of bag dust removal equipment. The filter bag has insufficient weight or low density, which will cause bag dust removal. The dust of the equipment is leaked, which causes the dust removal equipment to fail to meet the standard.
